We understand the importance of server availability to our clients and stand behind the quality and reliability of our network by providing the following Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Network Speed Guarantee
We guarantee that clients will be carried off our network and to a Tier-1 backbone provider in less than 80-milliseconds (0.08 Second) over a five-minute average at any time of day or night. Failure to meet this guarantee will warrant one day's credit on the affected server(s) to the client's account.
Network Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee that our network will be available 99.9% of any full month. Failure to meet this monthly guarantee will warrant one week's credit on the affected server(s) to the client's account. Network uptime includes functioning of all network infrastructure including routers, switches and cabling.
Guaranteed Packet Delivery
We pay our network providers to make sure that packets of information are delivered to end-users. This offers significant advantages over simply peering with the major backbones. Peering agreements rarely include Service Level Agreements (SLAs) so no one is accountable for lost packets at congested exchange points. Because we have SLAs with all our network providers, we are able to guarantee that all packets will leave our network at full speed.
Hardware Guarantee
We guarantee the functioning of all hardware components and will replace any failed component at no cost to the client. Hardware replacement will begin immediately upon identification of the hardware failure.
Note: A request for a refund must be submitted within 7 business days of a service interruption.
